Returns & Refunds

Changed your mind? No problem. You have got 14 days from the day your order arrives to request a return.

Reach out at ciao@dvoitalia.com with your order details and we will sort it out. 

A few things to keep in mind:
Items must be unworn and in original condition. We can not take back a watch thats already seen three sunsets and a rooftop party as tempting as those stories are.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank might need a little extra time on their end that part is out of our hands.

Got a defect straight out of the box? That is on us, full stop. Send photos and a quick description within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right, fast.
